Our resiliency training provides concise, easy to digest modules, based on the clients’ needs, to discuss brain fitness, function, and recovery. Recognizing symptoms, reacting by seeking care, and recovering allows the brain to function at its utmost potential. Recognizing, reacting, recovering, and repeating the process over time reinforces the ability of the brain to recover and heal. We believe to achieve brain health there is an interplay of 8 tenets. The 8 tenets include MTBI, PTSD, moral injury, stress, sleep, pain, fuel (nutrition), and exercise.
